A Thousand to One is an acrylic painting of a crowd of people responding to overpopulation as a global issue as well as an opportunity for impact. By harnessing our power by numbers, we have the ability to make drastic changes to the planet, for better or for worse. This painting was scanned and digitized, sequenced into synthetic DNA, and stored in a small steel capsule that flew to the stratosphere June 18, 2022 in the nucleus of Neptune spacecraft.
